This place has the best fish in Parker. If you want run-of-the-mill rolls, go to Junz. This place is for those willing to move up to the next level. The fish is outstanding and they do the little things well...like a covered dipping container of soy, not packets, for to-go orders. Nice cuts of sashimi. We eat at the restaurant frequently and always leave happy. Get it, you won't regret it.

Although I order two 8 piece chicken rolls and only recieved two 6 piece, the rest of the order was correct and the sushi was the best I had in a long time. Best in Parker that is for sure! Food arrived very fresh and miso soup was hot. Love it!

We have ordered from Yutaka several times and never been disappointed. The sushi is always good and the order comes within the specified time. I tried other places on grub hub for sushi and so far this is my go to place for sushi in Parker.

Hadn't order from Yukata before - GREAT job!

Definitely one of the higher quality sushi places in Parker. Delivery is always on time- and often times, way earlier than expected! Love the crab cheese wontons and miso soup here. The fish is fresh.

I ordered the sashimi lunch special, which came with a salad and miso soup. It was very good, fresh, nice slices of fish. The tempura was hot and the dipping sauce was tasty. I will be ordering here again!
